1. Who are Border Biscuits?

We’re a proudly Scottish biscuit maker, baking deliciously crafted biscuits since 1984. Every bite is made with care and the finest ingredients, from our bakery in Lanark.


2. Where can I buy Border Biscuits online?

You can purchase directly from our official online store — right here! Simply browse our shop, add your favourite biscuits to your basket, and checkout securely.


3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free UK delivery on orders over £40. For orders under this amount, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.


4. How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, delivery may take slightly longer.


5. Can I ship outside the UK?

At this time, we only deliver within the UK. We’re exploring international delivery options for the future — stay tuned!


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Shopify Payments and PayPal (coming soon). All transactions are secure and encrypted.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes. However, please email [email protected] as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t yet been processed.


8. What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. If your biscuits arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. How should I store my biscuits?

To keep your biscuits fresh and crunchy, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — ideally in an airtight container after opening.


10. Do you offer gift boxes or corporate orders?
