Delivery Information

At Border Biscuits, we want to make sure your biscuits reach you as fresh and quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Free on all orders over £40.

• Orders under £40: £3.95 flat rate.

• Delivery time: 3–5 working days.

Express Delivery

• Express delivery available for £6.95.

• Delivery time: 1–2 working days (order before 12pm for same-day dispatch).

Festive Delivery

During peak festive periods, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. We recommend placing Christmas orders early to avoid disappointment.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future – please check back soon or sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Dispatch & Tracking

• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
